It depends on your plan! With the free plan, you can track between 900 & 1,000 pieces of content per month.
That’s already pretty good. Note: Each piece of content retrieved from an RSS feed counts as one item.
For example: we retrieve up to 10 items from an RSS feed and refresh it twice a week.
That means 80 pieces of content will be deducted from your monthly quota for that feed.

For now, Inspiration supports most social networks, but there are some particularities due to API limitations. Logically, we can manually retrieve all content from any web page. Noticing an issue with a source? Let our team know.

For Facebook: you can add content manually.

For Instagram: you can add content manually and follow hashtags.

For X: you can add content manually.

For YouTube: you can follow all the content from a channel and add content manually.

For TikTok: you can add content manually.

For LinkedIn: you can follow all the content from a page and add content manually.

You can also manually add pages from almost any website in the world.

You can follow RSS feeds for many types of content.

You can subscribe to updates for a keyword (Google News and Bing News).

Due to API limitations, we cannot automatically track new content from a Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok profile. You’ll need to manually add the post link into Inspiration. Automatic tracking works for RSS feeds, Instagram hashtags, YouTube channels, and LinkedIn pages.
