When browsing the DAILYFY website accessible from the domain name www.dailyfy.co or app.dailyfy.co, users are asked to provide personal data.

What is personal data?

Data collected by DAILYFY

When you first create a DAILYFY account and when you use the Service, we collect data about you in your capacity as Customer / Customer User, such as (non-exhaustive list):

  • Your first and last name
  • Your company name and corporate name
  • Head office address
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your telephone number
  • Connection information from your social profiles associated with DAILYFY

The data collected on the Site are also those that enable the user to use the Services offered by DAILYFY, such as :

  • The content you publish on the social profiles you have connected to the Service
  • Information we may receive concerning communications you send to us, such as requests for information or comments about our Service.

In addition, when using the Service, we automatically receive certain data from your terminal (computer, tablet, telephone, …), including your IP address, your activities on the Site, the Service and associated Platforms ((time of connection, pages viewed, …), the type of hardware and software you are using, as well as information obtained from cookies (see “Cookies and other technologies” below).

Data collected by third-party services

The Publisher does not collect, process or use any financial data concerning the User’s bank account or credit card for the payment of the Services offered. When you create a DAILYFY account for the first time, you have the option of registering using your Google account. If you choose this option, this means that you will be automatically connected to the Service via your Google account each time you use it. In this case, the information transmitted will be that which you previously entered when creating your Google Account. DAILYFY will also collect this information, but will assume no responsibility for it.

Finally, the Service establishes a social media management environment in which you have the possibility of connecting to associated Platforms thanks to the integration of their API by the Publisher. If you choose to send your content to one of these associated Platforms, DAILYFY accepts no responsibility for this content once it leaves the Service. The content will then be subject to the General Terms of Use (see “API” below) and privacy policies of the associated Platforms.

ARTICLE 5 - Use of data

Use by thePublisher

The purpose of the personal data collected from users is to make the Services available, improve them and maintain a secure environment. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract between the user and the Service.

More specifically, they can be used as follows:

  • Access to and use of the Services by the User ;
  • Management of the operation and optimization of the Services offered;
  • Implementing user assistance ;
  • Implementation and management of accounting and billing tools;
  • Verification, identification and authentication of data transmitted by the user ;
  • Fraud prevention and detection, malicious software and security incident management;
  • Management of any disputes with users ;

Transmission to third parties

ARTICLE 10 - API

Social Networks

APIs are used by the site to interact with Social Media Platforms.

When the User interacts with these plug-ins, his browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the corresponding social network. The content of the plug-in is immediately transmitted by the User’s browser to the social network and stored on its servers. By integrating this plug-in, the social network is informed that the User has consulted the Site. It can thus associate the User’s browsing on the Site with his or her social network account, where applicable. If the User does not wish the social network to collect data concerning him/her via the Site and link it to his/her user account on the social network, the User must disconnect from the corresponding social network before visiting the Site. If the User is not a member of the social network, it is nevertheless possible for the social network to retrieve and record the User’s IP address.
