As long as the name of the new authorized representative has not been notified to DAILYFY, the natural and legal persons will remain liable as indicated above. All data exceeding the duration fixed by law and which is not the object of an exceptionally longer conservation accepted by the User within the framework of the subscription, will be systematically and definitively deleted from our systems. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335551550\":6,\"335551620\":6}\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You expressly understand and agree that DAILYFY does not provide any archiving or backup services and may delete Data that is no longer used and has expired, as provided in the applicable Subscription Formula. This right extends to our consultation of monitoring activities and information relating to alleged violations.
